In this document subscribers are companies or individuals who have purchased the services of Local Billboard Ltd, customers or potential customers are those who access the localbillboard.co.uk on a free of charge basis for the sole purpose of research.
The company is Local Billboard Ltd.
Right to use.
The use of localbillboard.co.uk as a research vehicle is free but by doing so both potential and actual customers are deemed to have accepted the company’s terms and conditions as laid down in this document.
The use of the name localbillboard without the written consent of the company is strictly forbidden other than for subscribers to refer to it in their advertising and promotional material.
Property rights.
The data contained on the localbillboard.co.uk site is the property of the company as are the web sites created by the company for subscribers. The exception to this is a subscriber’s own web site, which is linked to the localbillboard.co.uk site.
Uses.
The localbillboard.co.uk site is provided to subscribers as a vehicle for potential customers to access the subscriber’s site be it there own or one provided by the company. It must not be used for any other purpose without the written consent of the company.
Accuracy of information.
While every effort is made to ensure those facts stated and claims made on localbillboard.co.uk are true and accurate, neither the company nor any of its directors, officers or employees can be held responsible for any errors or omissions. Subscribers are totally responsible for the information provided on their own site, or one created for them by the company using information provided by them. Such information must comply with normal advertising standards and not infringe any applicable laws.
Should a subscriber find an error on a site created for them by the company they must immediately advise the company in writing.
The company does not act as an agent for any of its subscribers.
Terms.
Subscribers contract with the company on a rolling annual agreement, which can be terminated at any time by either party without cost.
Jurisdiction.
Local Billboard Ltd is an English company and governed by the laws of England. If the company’s site(s) are accessed from elsewhere in the world the customer, by doing so, agrees to be governed by the laws of England and that any action would be heard in an English court of Law.
Validity.
These Terms and conditions are subject to change without notification and at the discretion of the company. |
